Preparation method
- First of all, cut Chicken breast meat into small pieces.
- Make it crispy by coating it with flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and spices.
- Now dip the piece of chicken in buttermilk, then into the coating flour.
- Heat this chicken material until a golden color appears.
- After that prepare the mayo sauce by blending buttermilk, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out a straight tortilla wrap and put all the ingredients inside it, then bind it tightly.
